About the Event:

Pup Palooza is Buffalo’s largest pet-focused expo, bringing together pet lovers, professionals, and vendors for a weekend of education, fun, shopping, and giveaways. With over 40 vendors and proceeds benefiting local nonprofit, it’s a perfect opportunity to promote your pet-related products or services, network, and have fun!


Event Hours:

Saturday, March 28, 2026: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday, March 29, 2026: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Vendor Set-Up:

Friday, March 27, 2026: 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Saturday, March 28, 2026: 8:00am- 9:30 AM


Breakdown:

Sunday, March 29, 2026: 5:00pm- 6:00pm

Pricing: All Booths & Tables Come with 1 Table & 2 Chairs.

  • 10-10x10 Booths- $400 (all include electricity)
  • 10- 8x6 Booths- $340 (no electricity available)
  • 6- 6x6 Booths- $275 (no electricity available)
  • 13- 8ft tables - $250 (6 include electricity- $15.00 fee for electricity)
  • 4- 6ft tables - $220 (4 include electricity- $15.00 fee for electricity)



Payment Due: Full payment must be received at acceptance.

Section 3: Rules & Regulations

  • No early breakdowns.
  • Vendor is responsible for table coverings, signage, extension cords, & power strips (if electricity is purchased).
  • Products/services must be pet-related or approved in advance by Janelle, event developer.
  • All displays must be professional and safe.
  • Animals are NOT permitted, UNLESS competing in grooming competition(s), service animal following ADA guidelines, or booth demonstration dog approved by Janelle, event developer.
  • Vendors must comply with venue rules and local laws.

Section 4: Terms and Condition

  • Booth must be staffed at all times during event hours.
  • Sign in and out each day at Registration desk. Sign out can not be prior to 5:00pm.
  • For the safety and comfort of all attendees, absolutely no pets are allowed at the event—with the exception of approved demo and competition dogs. This policy ensures a controlled environment for all participants and helps minimize stress and distractions for working animals and presenters. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • You are aloud to bring other displays as long as you remain within your allotted space

Section 5: Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before December 25, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds after January 5, 2026.

Section 6: Vendor Agreement Form

Payment information will be provided in acceptance email or text. 

Vendor Acceptance Notice

An email or text will be sent to notify you if you are accepted as a vendor. At that time, you will also receive an invoice for your space. Full payment is due upon acceptance. Your spot will not be secured until payment is received in full.
